What do you do?

This chalkboard started as a cry for help. It found its way inside a box during one of my many physical relocations. As I unpacked to fill my barren apartment, I thought, “where the heck should I put this thing?”

Chalkboard Wisdom began with a New Year’s Message, and a “I’m new here, please say hi!” Hung on the front door, at least one person was sure to see it. Though no one came to say hello. I decided to write a quote on the board that I enjoyed for the day. And thus it began, and hence it continued each week for 15 months.

The quotes are funny, heartfelt, powerful, inspirational, and sometimes a little admonishing! Quotes without citations are “MP Originals” made by the storyteller here.
